Fitting

For the first time customers, we require a minimum of 3 visits. During the first visit the cloth and the trimmings are chosen, measurements are taken and the style of the garment is confirmed. We then require further 2 visits for fittings.

It will take 8 to 12 weeks depending on your availability and on the time of the year. For regular customers we often only require one fitting but the time to make the suit will be similar. We also complete orders within 24 hours depending on the urgency.

Cutting

Cutting is an art. Minimal discrepancies as a prominent shoulder blade are taken into account during the cutters skilled observation and measurements of the client.

Every notation is transferred to a strong cartridge paper which remains on the cutting room rails. The trouser cutter coordinates his work with the coat cutter.

Tailoring

At “wills designs” special tailors address different elements. Some qualify as coat makers, others prefer to work only on waistcoats or an evening wear as each require a custom approach. The cutter assigns the work as is appropriate.
